On March 16, 2015, IMS Health Holdings, Inc. (“IMS Health”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IMS Health Incorporated, intends to raise €275 million in gross proceeds through an offering of senior notes due 2023.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
