Section 2 – Financial Information
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 13, 2015, Business First Bancshares, Inc. issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the shareholder letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
