On March 10, 2015, Argos Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company” or “we” or “us”), entered into a statement of work with Clarkston-Potomac Group, Inc. (“Clarkston”) under the existing Master Services Agreement dated January 13, 2014. Pursuant to the terms of the statement of work, Clarkston will provide assistance to the Company in implementing SAP to support various aspects of the Company’s business as the Company prepares for commercialization.
