ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
On March 9, 2015, Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the independent director requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, which is set forth in Listing Rule 5605(b)(1). The Company regained compliance with such rule as a result of the appointment of Mr. Ilan Kaufthal as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors on March 3, 2015.
