On March 12, 2015, First Priority Financial Corp. (the “Company”), the parent company of First Priority Bank, headquartered in Malvern, PA., announced that the Company will initiate trading of its common stock on the OTCQX marketplace effective March 12, 2015 under the symbol: FPBK.
