Private Offering of Senior Notes
On March 11, 2015, Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (“Omega”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the pricing of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.50% Senior Notes due 2027, (the “Notes”) in a private placement.
The information contained in this Item 8.01 is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy any of the Notes.
