Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Members of executive management of CoBiz Financial Inc. (the Company) will be meeting with investors on March 10th and 11th in Phoenix, AZ and New York, NY.
Lyne Andrich, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Jon Lorenz Chairman of the Board of CoBiz Bank, will meet with investors at the Sandler O’Neill’s 2015 West Coast Financial Services Conference in Phoenix, AZ.
Steve Bangert, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Scott Page, Chief Executive Officer of CoBiz Bank, will meet with investors at the 2015 RBC Capital Markets’ Financial Institutions Conference in New York, NY.
