Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 6, 2015, Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (“Southcross”) announced its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
