On March 5, 2015, MicroStrategy Incorporated (the “Company”) announced that Douglas K. Thede, the Company’s Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, had informed the Company of his intention to retire on December 31, 2015. The Company expects to engage in an internal and external search for Mr. Thede’s replacement. Mr. Thede will participate in this search and help to ensure a smooth transition of his duties over the balance of 2015.
