| ITEM 7.01 | REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE. |
On March 6, 2015, Ireland Inc. (the “Company”) released a report summarizing the gold extraction results at the Company’s Columbus Project as at February 17, 2015. The report was prepared by Dr. Charles A. Ager, Ph.D., P.Eng. and P.Geo. of Nanominerals Corp. Nanominerals is the Company’s largest shareholder and acts as the Company’s lead consultant on technical exploration matters. Dr. Ager is the sole executive officer and director of Nanominerals.
A copy of the report prepared by Dr. Ager is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
