Item 8.01.     Other Events.

On February 2, 2015, Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update on its oil and gas operations and that David R. LaVance, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Thomas S. Gifford, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, have been invited to attend the 27^th Annual Roth Conference from Monday, March 9, 2015 through Wednesday, March 11, 2015.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
