Olin disclaims any intention or obligation to update or revise this information.
Attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is a copy of the Company’s press release dated March 4, 2015 announcing that it is lifting the force majeure declared on February 10, 2015 for chlorine and chemically pure salt from its McIntosh, Alabama facility. The Company said that normal production of chlorine and chemically pure salt from that plant has now resumed.
