Local Number Portability Administrator Selection Process
On March 4, 2015, the U.S. Federal Communication Commission (the “FCC”) provided an update regarding the status of the selection process for the local number portability administrator contract. A copy of Neustar’s press release regarding this update and a copy of the FCC’s update are attached to this Current Report as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
