CONSENT OF INDEPENDENT PETROLEUM ENGINEERS AND GEOLOGISTS

As independent petroleum engineers, we hereby consent to (i) the use of our name and our report dated January 8, 2015 with respect to the estimates of reserves and future net revenues as of December 31, 2014, for LRR Energy, L.P. in the Form 10-K for LRR Energy, L.P. and (ii) the inclusion or incorporation by reference of such report, and to all references to our firm, in LRR Energy’s previously filed Registration Statements on Form S-8 (No. 333-178005) and Form S-3 (No. 333-190865).
