Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 3, 2015, CST Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock, payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
Furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 are slides that senior management of the Company, will be utilizing in presentations to analysts and investors. The slides are available on the Company’s website at www.cstbrands.com.
