Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 2, 2015 Mr. Ritesh Jha submitted his resignation as the Chief Technology Officer of Baoshinn Corporation.  Mr. Jha based his resignation on other business demands; but not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
