Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
On February 27, 2015, an indirect subsidiary of NextEra Energy Partners, LP (NEP) borrowed approximately $64 million under its existing revolving credit facility entered into in July 2014. The borrowings were used to fund the previously disclosed acquisition of an approximately 20 megawatt solar generating facility located in Shafter, California by an indirect subsidiary of NEP.
