Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
(b) Effective March 2, 2015, National American University Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that as a result of its continuing efforts to gain efficiencies and contain expenses, it has eliminated the Chief Operating Officer position. As a result of these cost-cutting measures, Dr. Samuel Kerr, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of National American University Holdings, Inc. is no longer employed by the Company. The Company would like to thank Dr. Kerr for his years of service to National American University and its students.
