Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 3, 2015, Banc of California, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2015 to stockholders of record as of March 13, 2015. Based on the trading price of $10.96 as of close of market on March 2, 2015, the cash dividend results in an annualized dividend yield of 4.38%.
