On February 25, 2015, New Energy Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), developer of see-through SolarWindow™ coatings capable of generating electricity on glass and flexible plastics, issued a press release announcing a financial payback period of under one year for its see-through SolarWindow™ technology; a copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
