Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 27, 2015, Wabash National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a realignment of the Company’s reporting segments to better leverage operational synergies across its businesses. The realignment includes transitioning Wabash Wood Products, the Company’s wood flooring operations, from its current positioning within the Diversified Products Segment to inclusion within the Commercial Trailer Products segment. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
