On February 20, 2015, Dinyar S. Devitre advised The Western Union Company (the "Company") that, after more than eight years of dedicated service, he intends to retire as a director of the Company and not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Mr. Devitre’s decision not to stand for re-election was personal and not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors.
