Item 8.01 Other Events.
In connection with its ongoing public offering of common stock, Sierra Income Corporation (the “Company”) received $23.0 million in the month of February 2015 associated with 19 business days of capital raise, bringing the Company’s total amount of capital raised to $578 million, as of February 26, 2015.
