On February 21, 2015, Charlie Talbot, the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Potbelly Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position as CFO to accept another opportunity. The effective date of his resignation is March 27, 2015.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Talbot’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
