Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 24, 2015, Pervasip Corp. (the “Company”) completed payments on debt owed to Asher Enterprises, Inc. The Company was in default on two notes, totaling $70,000. The notes have been in full.
