On February 26, 2015, NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s plan to spin-off its European real estate business.  A copy of the press release and an investor presentation titled “European Spin-Off Overview — February 2015” related to the proposed transaction is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
