On February 25, 2015, Sparton Corporation (“Sparton”) announced that Frank A. Wilson has been appointed a member of the Sparton Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee, effective February 20, 2015. With the appointment of Mr. Wilson, the Sparton Board consists of seven directors.
A copy of the press release relating to Mr. Wilson’s appointment as director is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
