On February 25, 2015, The Palmetto Bank (“the Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Palmetto Bancshares, Inc. issued a news release announcing that Roy D. Jones was appointed treasurer of the Bank. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
