Fair Isaac Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on February 24, 2015. Of the 31,723,593 shares of common stock entitled to vote, 29,357,183 shares were present at the Annual Meeting in person or by proxy.
