Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 24, 2015, Westlake Chemical Partners LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release with respect to its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter of 2014. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
