Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 23, 2015, REVA Medical, Inc. (“REVA” or the “Company”) announced that Dr. Alexandre Abizaid, Director of Invasive Cardiology at the Institute Dante Pazzanese of Cardiology in Sao Paulo, Brazil, had presented information on the Company’s bioresorbable scaffold program at the Cardiovascular Research Technologies (CRT) 2015 conference. The announcement and presentation materials delivered are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the presentation materials will be posted under the Investor Relations section of REVA’s website at www.revamedical.com.
