On February 24, 2015, First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc., (the "Company") announced that Robert F. Edmunds, Jr. has determined not to run for re-election and to retire from the Board of Directors of the Company and its subsidiary Farmington Bank (the "Bank"). There were and are no disagreements between Mr. Edmunds and the Company or the Bank or any officer or director of the Company or the Bank.
