Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On February 23, 2015, Viad Corp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that JCP Investment Partnership, LP submitted a notice of its intent to nominate three director candidates to stand for election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
