On February 19, 2015, Alexander A. Kulpecz submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Dune Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and from all committees of the Company of which he was a member, to be immediately effective. Mr. Kulpecz’s resignation is not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
