ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On February 19, 2015, Synalloy Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing that it has ended discussions with The Eastern Company, a Connecticut corporation, regarding a possible combination of the two companies. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
