Effective on February 16, 2015, Edward J. Zelnick, M.D. was appointed to the Board of Directors of Milestone Scientific Inc. (the “Company”). He has not had any direct or indirect interest in any transactions with the Company that requires disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K. There is no existing family relationship between Dr. Zelnick and any director or executive officer of the Company.
