Item 8.01 – Other Events

On February 20, 2015, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its year-end 2014 financial results after market close on Thursday, March 12, 2015, and that Company management will host an investment-community conference call on Friday, March 13, 2015, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss financial results and provide a corporate update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
