On February 19, 2015, inContact, Inc. issued a press release entitled “inContact Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Financial Results,” reporting balance sheet information as of December 31, 2014, and results of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit.
