On February 18, 2015, the Board of Directors of NewBridge Bancorp declared a $0.015 per share quarterly cash dividend on its common stock, payable April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2015. A copy of the Press Release making this announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
