Black Ridge Oil & Gas, Inc. (“Black Ridge”) will be presenting at EnerCom's The Oil & Gas Conference® on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, in San Francisco, California regarding its operations and business. The PowerPoint slide presentation to be used during Black Ridge’s presentation at EnerCom's The Oil & Gas Conference® regarding its operations and business is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
On February 18, 2015, Black Ridge issued a press release announcing preliminary 2014 production results and additional updates. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
