Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 17, 2015, State National Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2014 on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central time. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached exhibit shall be deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
