Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 13, 2015, Morningstar issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 19 cents per share payable April 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 10, 2015. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
