On February 13, 2015, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Firm”) issued a press release announcing the redemption of the Firm’s Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Callable Notes due 2018. This redemption is not expected to have a material impact on JPMorgan Chase’s earnings. A copy of the press release relating to this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
