Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 17, 2015, Halcón Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to the Company’s 2014 year-end proved reserves, preliminary fourth quarter and year-end 2014 production results and certain other additional updates. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
