Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 17, 2015, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update in the Finjan, Inc. v. Sophos Inc. (Case No. 14-cv-01197-WHO (NDCA)) that was filed on March 14, 2014 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (NDCA).
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
