On February 13, 2015, Richard A. Santa, the Senior Vice President, Business Development of Dynamic Materials Corporation (the “Company”), announced his plan to retire from the Company effective March 27, 2015. Santa, 64, joined the Company in 1996 as its Chief Financial Officer.
