Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 17, 2015, China Jo-Jo Drugstores, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
