Effective on February 12, 2015, Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement with Robert Giammatteo. The agreement was an offer letter for the position of SVP and Chief Financial Officer with the Company which commenced on February 12, 2015. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
