On February 12, 2015, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $.05 per share quarterly dividend payable on March 13, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 27, 2015. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
