Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 9, 2015, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of On Track Innovations Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Dilip Singh, a current member of the Board, to serve as Chairman of the Board succeeding Mr. Dimitrios J. Angelis. Mr. Angelis will continue to serve as a director on the Board as well as in his roles as CEO and director of OTI America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
